Here's is a Sailor Moon Make-Up Tutorial.
In the name of the moon! Let's begin lol...
First, start with your foundation routine. I normally use Covergirl's Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation in shade 315 with LA Pro Concealors in either Fawn or Toffee.
I also fill in my brows using an old cheap brown eyebrown pencil (*purchased at beauty supply*) and NYX All Over Concealor to clean up my brown. I then set my entire face with MAC's Studio Fix Powder in NC45.
Next using NYX's Eye Shadow Base in White. Cover your entire lid. Up to your eyebrow and lightly smooth it out with your finger. The white base will ensure the vibrancy of the colors we're using.
Next..
Taking a bright blue eyes shadow, blend it out right above the line of your crease. (Avoiding getting on your lid.) If you have mono-lids. Put it where you normally would your crease shadows. Blend out! I used the color Booty call from the Naked 2 pallet to blend out the blue closer to the eyebrow.
Next add a hot pink or pink to your lead and a white to the inner corner of your eye. Blending the colors together the best way you can. To blend the pink into the blue I used a dark purple color.
Line your lid! A heavy cat-eye works best!
Line the lower waterline of your eyes as well. (*I also went back with the White base and on-top of that put a purple color and to blend the pink and white added a faint gold.)
Coat your lashes with mascara, and if wanted add false lashes for that added flair.
Finally, add a light pink lipstick to your lips. (If you have bigger lips, you might want to add a a concealer around them to make them appear smaller and only fill in where you did not apply concealer.)
And finally your transformation is complete!
And now I'm off to destroy the nega-force!
Hope you enjoy this look as much as I had fun making it.
Hope you give it a try and find it useful! It can always be toned down to wear for everyday.
Alright moonies I'm out!
